Francesco Baracca Commemorative Poster Issued in 1968, in honor of the 50 years since his passing in 1918. He was the Italian flying "ace" who used the Prancing Horse as his plane's logo. Enzo Ferrari asked his family if he could use it as his logo to honor his legacy, and the rest is history. Only the second one I've ever seen in 42+ years. Has postal stamp on the back as it was mailed, folded, to a recipient. Also has another cancellation stamp. Both stamps will be covered up once it is linen mounted. Exceptional colors throughout.
