All English language versions with one exception: 38 - 42 [2], 47, 50, 51, 54, 55 -69, 71 -76, 78 - 82, 84,- 99 [+German], 101 - 112, 115 [2], 116, 117, 120, 122-145 Plus Sept 1968 Special Issue.  The group weighs 45 pounds + packing
